Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Tradever platform — including our website, evaluation programs, dashboards, APIs and communications — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, purchase an evaluation, or otherwise use the Tradever platform.
- These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Tradever.
- Use of the platform constitutes acceptance, whether or not you have created an account.
- You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
Regulatory Status and Disclaimers
Tradever operates as an educational and evaluation service. All trading performed on the platform is conducted in a simulated environment using demo capital.
Nothing on the platform constitutes:
- Investment, financial, tax or legal advice.
- An offer to buy or sell securities, futures, or other financial instruments.
- A guarantee of profit, funding, or continued access.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any information provided and for any decisions you make outside the platform.
Eligibility, Verification and Account Integrity
To use Tradever, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Not reside in, or be a resident or citizen of, any jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and verification.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials at all times.
Tradever may require identity verification (KYC) before granting access to certain features or releasing any payouts. You agree to cooperate promptly with such requests.
One user may operate only one account unless Tradever expressly authorizes otherwise. Account sharing, duplicate accounts, or use of third-party identity information is strictly prohibited.
Professional Conduct and Community Standards

The following behavior is not tolerated:
- Harassment, threats, discrimination or hate speech.
- Impersonation of Tradever staff, moderators or other users.
- Spam, unsolicited promotion, or manipulative posting.
- Disclosure of another user's private information without consent.
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of access at Tradever's sole discretion.
Risk Disclosure
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Simulated performance can differ materially from live-market performance due to slippage, liquidity, execution, and behavioral factors.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Tradever does not guarantee that you will pass any evaluation, receive any payout, or maintain any specific account status.
- You are solely responsible for understanding the products, markets and instruments referenced by your simulated activity.
Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content
All content on the Tradever platform — including software, dashboards, evaluation rules, documentation, brand marks, designs, videos and educational materials — is the exclusive property of Tradever or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.

By submitting content to Tradever (forum posts, testimonials, feedback, screenshots, etc.), you grant Tradever a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce and display such content for the operation, promotion and improvement of the platform.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not, and must not attempt to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on Tradever infrastructure or third-party services connected to it.
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the platform except through officially documented APIs.
- Exploit software bugs, evaluation loopholes, or latency-based abuse to obtain unfair results or payouts.
- Engage in coordinated trading, copy-trading rings, or any activity designed to circumvent evaluation rules.
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
Tradever reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action it deems appropriate, including invalidating results, cancelling payouts and terminating accounts.
AML and Sanctions Compliance
Tradever maintains a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering program. Your use of the platform is subject to our AML Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
- You represent that funds used to purchase evaluations are from lawful sources.
- You are not, and are not acting on behalf of, any person subject to applicable sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN, HMT).
- You will cooperate with any KYC, source-of-funds or enhanced due diligence request.
Tradever may freeze, cancel or reverse any account activity that it reasonably believes involves prohibited conduct or sanctioned parties.

- By using the platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in those policies.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information you provide.
- Where required by law, you may exercise access, correction and deletion rights through the contact channels provided in the Privacy Policy.
Termination and Suspension
Tradever may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, in whole or in part, at any time and with or without notice, including where:
- You breach these Terms or any incorporated policy.
- Tradever is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or order.
- Continued access poses a security, compliance or reputational risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability limitations and dispute resolution — shall continue in effect.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Tradever is not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
- Tradever's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to Tradever in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tradever and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

Modification of Terms
Tradever may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, applicable law or operational practices.
- Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email where required.
- The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
- Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the platform, are governed by the laws of Tradever's operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Informal resolution
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact Tradever and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.
Binding resolution
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of Tradever's operating jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law. You waive any right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law.

- Severability — If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver — Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
